Register for Smart Club

  • You can register for Smart Club with email address and as soon as you register, you will receive variety of coupons and points. You can check the points under “My Account” once you log in. You can also order without making an account.

Earn Points

  • Earn points based on order amount
  • Earn 30 points for signing up
  • Earn 30 points on Birthdays
  • Earn 2 points per each review you leave
  • Each 6 points worth $1
  • In case of return/exchange/or cancellation, points will be deducted again. Also, if additional points are not being accumulated within 3 years, the points will be lost.

  • Payment can be made with all possible credit cards.
  • Payment confirmation will be sent to the registered email.
  • You will be able to use coupons or points at the check- out.

Exchange and Return Guide

  • Because of the nature of the product, return or refund after opening is not possible except for in case of defects in the products.
  • When the order is processed, the manufacturing process starts right away. If you cancel your order the day after placing your order, the product may have already been shipped. Even if we are able to retrieve the shipped product, the product is already compromised and will not be resellable. It will be 100% disposed so please be considerate when you place an order. Thank you
  • If there is any problem with a product or if you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us with a picture of the product. We will resolve it quickly and kindly.
  • You will be able to request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, if unopened.

Refund Information

  • In case of card refund, it may take 3-7 days from the date of receipt of the refund depending on the circumstances of the card company. Please contact your card company for detailed information. If you do not get refund even after 7 days, please contact our customer service department.
